After graduation, Jenni spent 1 year in the French Quarter
of New Orleans at an upbeat and lively cafe with its specialty in Creole
Cuisine. She then had the opportunity to go to Paris for a year to complete a
Cordon Bleu Patisserie Program. She graduated with flying colors, not to
mention that she became fluent in French and learned quite a bit about the
French lifestyle. One year after Paris, Jenni moved to Las Vegas and working in
various kitchens until she finally settled at Marie's Bakery doing what she
