November food and more...

This November brings some changes to Tessora's ....

Approximately 2 years ago Rita Archer and I discussed becoming business partners and started looking into the prospect of expanding Tessora's from our little space in Pruneyard into a bigger location with an actual kitchen into the Downtown Campbell area.  Well, the goal became reality, Rita and I became business partners and Tessora's just celebrated our 1 year anniversary in Downtown Campbell.    Rita and I agreed that we would take that first year, add her marketing and HR skills to what Tessora's  already had in place and we would work together to build Tessora's into a successful Wine Bar/Bistro.  Now that the success is apparent, Rita has decided that it is time for her to move on to other projects.  Thank you Rita, for your skills, dedication and your ongoing support towards Tessora's!
Good luck in your endeavors...we will miss you.

With all of these great restaurants in this wonderful Campbell community, it seems as though there are just too many wonderful choices to choose from.  That's why we always have our doors and patio open with a warm and friendly atmosphere for you and your family to socialize in. Our wonderful staff are working extra hard this holiday season to make sure that when you come in for a glass of wine, you will have a full dine in experience this holiday.

Changes to our Seasonal Bistro menu this November: 

Chef Jenni has worked her culinary creativity again by adding "fall" into our menu.  You will find new items made to perfection with Pumpkin,Butternut Squash and Sweet Potatoes, as well as some favorites returning..  YES...the Bacon Jalapeno Mac and Cheese is back!!!   If you have noticed, our Artisan Meat and Cheese plates have changed too.

We are now working with a new "Artisan Cheese" vendor and we have some exciting and tasty charcuteries and cheeses to offer!

November Winemaker Dinner Event with Vino Vargas Wines

4 amazing, award winning wines paired to perfection with a 4 course dinner prepared by our own
 Chef Jenni.

 Pedro and Vicky Vargas will be our guests and will talk about their wines and winemaking process.

Downtown Campbell Restaurant

Have you met our wonderful Chef?

After graduation, Jenni spent 1 year in the French Quarter of New Orleans at an upbeat and lively cafe with its specialty in Creole Cuisine. She then had the opportunity to go to Paris for a year to complete a Cordon Bleu Patisserie Program. She graduated with flying colors, not to mention that she became fluent in French and learned quite a bit about the French lifestyle. One year after Paris, Jenni moved to Las Vegas and working in various kitchens until she finally settled at Marie's Bakery doing what she loves best...Patisserie! See our menu here...
