After graduation, Jenni spent 1 year in the French Quarter of New Orleans at an upbeat and lively cafe with its specialty in Creole Cuisine. She then had the opportunity to go to Paris for a year to complete a Cordon Bleu Patisserie Program. She graduated with flying colors, not to mention that she became fluent in French and learned quite a bit about the French lifestyle. One year after Paris, Jenni moved to Las Vegas and working in various kitchens until she finally settled at Marie's Bakery doing what she loves best...Patisserie! See our menu here...
